Delivery

In accordance with Article L.114-1 of the Consumer Code, if the buyer has not received their product within seven (7) days following the agreed delivery date, they may cancel their order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The seller then undertakes to refund the amounts paid by the buyer in accordance with the conditions set out in Article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code. However, if the buyer receives their product late and decides to cancel their order under the conditions set out in this paragraph, the refund will only be made upon receipt by the seller of the product concerned. If the item is returned incomplete or damaged, the seller may refuse to proceed with the refund or apply a discount. The deadlines are calculated in working days and are extended to the next working day for orders placed after 6 PM, as well as for orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day. Products purchased on Leverandco.eu are delivered to metropolitan France (including Corsica). Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during the order process. The processing time for an order consists of the preparation time (most orders are processed within 48 hours) and the delivery time, which depends on the chosen carrier. Leverandco.eu cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the products upon delivery. If the package is damaged upon delivery, they may refuse it and not sign the delivery note without issuing specific reservations (anomaly, damaged product, etc.). They must also confirm the reservations to the carrier within two (2) working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to the seller.
